Who can participate?
Craft makers, designers, entrepreneurs, retailers, wholesalers from South Caucasus Region and beyond!
All products presented on the expo should fall in the category of handmade or hand finished.

What to expect?
The Summit is the first international marketplace for handmade goods in the south Caucasus region. Exhibitors will have a chance to present and sell their products to the wide audience, get feedback from professional buyers, attend the special workshops and networking sessions, establish new business links.

Crafts experts, wholesalers, retailers, representative of tourism industry or related businesses, media and general visitors are invited to explore unique opportunity to get familiar with both local and international crafts traditions and innovative designs to diversify the range of products on the international market. Business representatives are highly welcome to present their requirements and build up further contacts with producers from South Caucasus Countries and beyond. Wholesalers will be offered free attendance on all Summit events.

The summit will offer a vibrant networking atmosphere by bringing together more than 100 local and international crafts makers, designers, and entrepreneurs from the region and beyond to exhibit their works and meet crafts experts and buyers.

Summit Participants will have the opportunity to take part in:

  • The expo of handmade crafts and design products with export potential.
  • Capacity Building Workshops led by International Experts in Product Development, Buyers Requirements and International Market Access
  • Networking meetings
  • Expo catalogue
  • Contest “The Best Booth"

Submission of the application forms is over!
All selected participants notified by July 10th, 2016
All exhibitors will receive the detailed programme and stand number by the mid of September.


Stands equipment and Dismantling
The stands should be equipped on September 22, 2016 and dismantled on the evening of 25th after the exhibition ground will be closed for public i.e. 19:00. Upon arrival all exhibitors should register at the Expo Office in pavillion #6


Transportation
All exhibitors can are offered free bus from Melikishvili ave. to exhibition grounds and back. The schedule of the bus will be published shortly.


Equipment
Each stand is equipped with 1 table, 2 chairs, shelf for leaflets, recycle bin and light. Additional equipment can be rented. See catalogue for available equipment and prices. The orders for the rent of additional equipment should be directed to organizational desk before September 15, 2016. The exhibitors are free to bring own equipment for their stands.


Catalogue
The catalogue of the summit is in the process of preparation. Each exhibior will receive the free copy of the catalgue

Trainings and Communication Sessions
The exhibitors expressed willingness to attend the workshops and communication sessions will be notified about the schedule shortly.
